Email Prescription

 Step-by-Step Guide for emailing Your Prescription Later 

1. Place Your Order 
Select your frames, choose your lenses, and at checkout, choose the option: Email Later. This gives you the flexibility to send us your prescription at your convenience.  

2. Confirmation Email 
After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your order summary. 

3. Send Your Prescription 
Email your valid prescription to us at:

4. Prescription Review
Once we receive your prescription: 
- We’ll verify it for accuracy and completeness 
- Orders with complete prescriptions are processed within 24 hours 
- Your glasses will be crafted and shipped! 

5. Need Help? 
If you need help getting your prescription or have questions, email us on and one of our qualified optometrists will assist you.  
 

FAQs 

Q: How long do I have to send my prescription? 
A: We hold your order for 1 month before cancelling or placing it on hold. This gives you the time to find your valid prescription or get a new eye test.  

Q: What if I make a mistake? 
A: Contact us right away, and we’ll help correct any issues before your lenses are made.
